Furniture Closet
Leaving a Legacy:
Chris Bell’s Furniture Closet
The Furniture Closet is located at 1011 Liberty Street in Meadville, PA. The program is operated by Common Roots and sponsored by Crawford County Human Services.
The Furniture Closet is named in honor of Chris Bell who was a dedicated volunteer of Common Roots and the Crawford County Coalition on Housing Needs. Chris was a passionate advocate of affordable housing and community cooperation and worked hard to get the Furniture Closet back in operation during the last few years of his life.
